He serves as a partner and active member of Cannon, a holding with over 2,000 employees in the textile manufacturing industry in Colombia and the United States.
Mr. Lustgarten holds a B.A. from American University at Washington, D.C and an M.B.A. from Babson College Business School at Wellesley, Massachusetts.
He also has a Construction Executive Certificate from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
He and Jonatan founded Attia in 2015, and under their leadership, the firm has grown into a leader in real estate development and investment in Colombia and the United States.
Prior to founding Attia, Bernardo was an Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley New York and Investment Director at the private equity fund TC Latin America Partners.
At TC he was involved in structuring and managing real estate investments exceeding USD 500 million.

Mr. Asuaje Rosenblatt holds a B.A. from UNC at Chapel Hill, N.C and has an Global International Executive Certificate from the Copenhagen Business School and Chinese University of Hong Kong.
In addition, he was recently invited by the World Economic Forum to complete the Leadership Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
